Boards

A board is a kanban-style workspace that contains lists and cards. It is the primary interface for visual project management.

How Boards Work

A board belongs to a team and contains:

Lists — Vertical columns representing workflow stages (e.g., "To Do", "In Progress", "Done")

Cards — Individual tasks or items within lists

Labels — Color-coded tags for categorization

The API provides two ways to fetch board data:

Get board with lists and cards — Returns the board with all lists and their cards populated. Useful for rendering a complete kanban view.

Get board with lists only — Returns the board with lists but without full card details. Useful when you only need the list structure.

Both endpoints support filtering (active, archived, or all) and pagination for lists and cards.
